This weekly process + educational group is designed for individuals wishing to explore their relationship with food, dieting, body image and creating a healthy lifestyle.
Learn the 12 principles of Intuitive Eating, a nutrition philosophy based on the premise that becoming more attuned to the body's natural hunger signals is a more effective way to attain a healthy weight, rather than keeping track of the amounts of energy and fats in foods. Learn how and why the "Diet Mindset" hurts your efforts for healthy eating + how to create a new, healthy mindset with food.

Yoga for Recovery
Mondays 1:00-1:45 pm | 16-week commitment
Yoga Recovery, led by Tara Arnold, Ph.D., LCSW, RYT, is a group that is starting for people in recovery that need a bottom-up approach to healing. The group will integrate mindfulness, meditation and yoga to enhance mind-body awareness and connection. The group is co-ed and is on Mondays from 1:00-1:45 weekly. CHI for the Therapist’s Soul
This group will teach you the entire DBT training protocol, focusing on how to use the skills to increase self-care and decrease compassion fatigue, help you to improve your coping skills necessary for managing difficult cases, and help you in setting vital boundaries necessary for protecting your energy while working with high acuity clients. It will also teach you the precise communication skills to help you set boundaries, and deliver more clarity in your practice with clients and teach you the DBT skills you can take into your practice in order to help your clients cope and thrive.
