How do I make referrals to WholeHeart?

Look above and follow the link for the type of therapy or clinician that fits your needs. You also can reach out to scheduling@wholeheartpsychotherapy.net. Our current referral coordinator will still be in charge of fielding each brand’s referrals.

Is this changing the fee structure, etc.?

No. The current fee structure will remain the same for both brands and varies with each clinician. We will be upgrading our EHR as part of the transition. If you are an existing client, your clinician will assist you with this process.

Why is WholeHeart branching? How will this impact the services you offer? Will anything be going away?

This expansion reflects our commitment to providing excellent mental health care and focusing our therapeutic services to best serve our community. This change is going to streamline our referrals further, allowing us to market our niche specialties more effectively which better reflects our evolution in our respective fields. Nothing is going away, only growing!
